24/7 video surveillance backed by IT professionals

Sure we provide 24/7 video surveillance, but since our video surveillance team members all have formal IT qualifications they can accurately identify any product malfunctions, alarm notifications, and any other technical problem that other security monitoring center workers are unable to identify.

We offer entry level and graded monitoring solutions via our control room network, spanning multiple monitoring and NOC (network operations center) locations.

Our systems are provisioned and monitored to BS8418, the new draft Australian standard for video monitoring.

Want a particular manager to be notified by SMS (text) when a car overstays the 15 min. bay limit? We got that covered. Want to be alerted if a camera overlooking a safe fails but don’t want any others fixed on next service? No worries. We can tailor instructions to a site, area, or camera.
