The Challenge

The Solution

How it Works
Theft- To cut the theft of coffee beans that where regularly lifted, the system records high resolution video 24/7. The stock and office areas are protected by a simple access control system that prevents unauthorised access.

Intruders- VideoControlRoom is linked to the shops SoIP Networks broadband internet, which allows us to visually verify the cause of intruder alarms events in seconds without the need to wake up Vince.

Till- Downlight style cameras over the tills stop money disputes. “This protects staff,” says Vince, as we can replay the digital video when a customer claims they handed over a higher value note.

Manage Via secure log on, Vince can view either shop from home, on holiday, or from the office of the opposite store, allowing him to keep an eye on attendance and quality.

The Results
